Starting this season, we will be utilizing a convenient online platform called JackRabbit, which has a Parent Portal which allows you to register yourself or your child for classes with ease!
To get started, please follow this link. Once you access the link, you'll be prompted to create your Parent Portal account. This centralized hub will serve as your go-to resource for class registration and management.
With the Parent Portal, you have the flexibility to choose between full or partial payments, providing a convenient payment solution that suits your needs. We understand that every family is unique, and we want to ensure a seamless registration process for all. You have to have a parent portal log in to be able to register for classes.

        Beginning TapInstructor: Heather Arnold Upstairs Classroom | 4:30-5:30pm 5th Grade-Adults | 12 Student Cap In this class students will learn the basics of tap dancing! Through warm ups, across the floor combos and center floor exercises, students will develop a foundation of proper technique and tap steps as well as foot and ankle strength. We will work on rhythms, terminology and use the basic steps we learn to build combinations to high energy, fun music! Tap shoes are required for this class.

        Musical Theater Dance (Elementary and Middle School)Instructor: JJ Beussee Main Space | 4:30-5:30pm 1st-8th Grade | 15 Student Cap In this class students will learn the basics of different dance styles that are used in musical theatre performances! We will work on learning proper terminology, different dance techniques and we will explore a variety of musicals while discussing what types of dance style they use. Students will be taught iconic musical theatre dance steps and will build their confidence while growing their repertoire of choreography. Comfortable/moveable clothing and jazz shoes are highly recommended.

        Advanced TapInstructor: Heather Arnold Upstairs Classroom | 5:30-6:30pm By Experience 12 Student Cap In this class, we will be learning and developing a broader, more advanced set of tap skills and moves through warm ups, across the floor combos and center floor exercises. We will be working on more advanced combinations and full tap pieces all while having a blast! If you’re looking to improve upon your tap training or maintain your current skills, join us for a super fun 6 weeks! Tap shoes are required for this class.

        Advanced ActingInstructor: Rebekah Kenerly Main Space | 5:30-6:30pm 9th Grade-Adults | 20 Student Cap Enjoy performing in shows but have a desire to delve deeper into your skills as an actor? This class is for high schoolers and adults with some performance experience who hope to grow in the technique of acting, without any singing or dancing. Through exercises, monologues and scene work, you will leave these classes with a new toolbox to use in all future performance endeavors.

        Bringing Puppets to LifeInstructor: Charlotte House Upstairs Classroom | 6:30-7:30pm 6th Grade-Adults | 15 Student Cap In this six-week course we will dive deep into the art of moving mouth puppetry. As a popular style, found on both stage and screen, we will learn what makes these puppets so special. Students will design, build, and then bring to life their own moving mouth puppet over the six weeks of class. Along the way we will develop technical skills and learn practical application of puppeteering techniques. Join us for this hands-on, creative journey into the world of one of the most beloved forms of puppetry art! Clothing should be appropriate to an art-filled environment!         Mommy and Me Music and MovementInstructor: Kelli Avera Main Space | 9:00-9:45am Ages 1-3 | 10 Student Cap Join a certified speech-language pathologist as you and your little one are immersed in a world of music, learning, and fun! This class will stimulate language and cognitive learning, social skill development, and motor skill development - all through a variety of age-appropriate songs and games meant to introduce your child to the wonderful world of music. Please wear comfortable clothing, and come ready to play and learn with music!

        Homeschool Series: Elementary Rhythm and SongInstructor: Kelli Avera Main Space | 10:00-10:45am K-3rd Grade | 20 Student Cap In this introductory class, students will begin to learn basic rhythmic and melodic elements as they grow toward the goal of becoming musically literate. Students will develop their singing skills while being introduced to music reading and notation, along with listening activities and movement games. No previous musical experience is required.

Learn how to come up with characters and stories on the spot and work together in a team. Improv is great for both introverted kids who love to create stories and the class clown! Don't miss this rare opportunity to learn to trust your instincts and become a more confident performer.

Have trouble being in your head too much? Have a previous love of Improv? This class is for you! Learn (or refresh yourself on) the foundation of Improvisation and how to use it in comedy and storytelling of all kinds. This is a valuable skill to have as a performer, writer, or any other type of creative. We will learn short form and long form improv as you gain confidence in your own creative mind!

This class is designed to introduce young dancers to the beautiful art of ballet in a fun and nurturing environment. Throughout this course, students will develop foundational ballet techniques, enhance their coordination, and foster a love for dance. Students will learn basic ballet steps and techniques that will serve as the base for a dance at the end of the semester.

At the end of the course, students will have learned basic steps, turns, and techniques and combined it all into a dance.
