From the mind of Roald Dahl comes the mind that dared to ask “What if we made an ice cream that’s hot? Or pillows made of marshmallow?” Join Charlie Bucket, a child of humble origins, after winning a 5 in 7 billion chance to explore the inner workings of a once great chocolatier’s factory. Grab your golden ticket and tour this world of Pure Imagination as our cast of eccentric characters gets smaller and smaller until all we are left with is a kid with big dreams, a big heart, and an even bigger factory.

Auditions will be held April 11th and 12th with callbacks on April 13th. Auditions are for rising 3rd graders up to adults.

Please prepare 30 seconds to 1 minute of a prepared Broadway style piece to sing to an karaoke or instrumental track. If you are auditioning for a specific role, it is recommended that you audition with a song in a similar style of the character which you are auditioning for. If you are just auditioning for general ensemble, any Broadway style piece in the style of the show is acceptable.

Please wear comfortable clothes and dance shoes for the dance portion of the audition. You will also be asked to read from the script.

You will need to complete a conflict calendar before you will be cast in the show. Please fill out a conflict calendar and bring it with you to auditions. We will provide paper copies if you prefer to fill it out there. We require a conflict calendar before you will be cast in the show.
