She Loves Me
Set in the 1930s, She Loves Me is a romantic comedy following the store clerks of Maraczek's Parfumerie — including Amalia and Georg, who, more often than not, don't see eye to eye. Amalia reveals that she has fallen in love with her Pen Pal, but the identity of her admirer remains unknown. Will Amalia discover the identity of her true love? Find out with all of the twists and turns along the way!

Audition preparations.
Auditions will be held at Brightstone Theatre August 05 - 07.
Age Range: 16+
You will need to bring the conflict calendar provided below. Please fill it out and bring it with you to auditions. We will also have paper copies at auditions if you prefer to wait to fill it out.
You will need to fill out the general audition form (once per season) below as well as the She Loves Me audition form (this is where you will sign up for your audition time slot).
Must sing 30sec-1min of a prepared piece of music to a karaoke track on an electronic device. (You may bring sheet music if you wish to have live accompaniment. We will provide an accompanist.)
Please wear jazz or comfortable shoes and for the dance portion of the audition.
You might be asked to read from the script.

Character descriptions.
Arpad Laszlo (Baritone) Delivery boy at Maraczek's Parfumerie. His exuberance is infectious and commitment to his job remarkable.
Ladislav Sipos (Baritone) Not the brightest employee at Maraczek's Parfumerie. A confidant to Georg, he is an optimistic family man.
Steven Kodaly (Tenor) A well respected and liked employee at Maraczek's Parfumerie. Though he is considered dapper and occasionally charming, he is more of a shallow womanizer.
Mr. Maraczek (Baritone) Owner of Maraczek's Parfumerie. With a commanding presence, his dedication to the trade is rivaled only by his faithfulness to his wife.
Georg Nowack (Tenor / Baritone) An established employee of Maraczek's Parfumerie, he resembles a hopeless romantic.
Amalia Balash (Soprano) The eager new employee at Maraczek's Parfumerie. Skilled Saleswomen, bright, and lover of literature
Ilona Ritter (Mezzo-soprano) Employed at Maraczek Parfumerie. She is flirtatious and learned in the ways of romance, but longing for something more from the game of love.
Waiter (Tenor) An eccentric and over-zealous waiter insistent on creating a romantic atmosphere.
Busboy Clumsy at his job he makes the waiter’s life a nightmare.
Mr. Keller A highly secretive Private investigator
